Ikigai Candle Co. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Ikigai Candle Co., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: We accept returns and issue refunds only for unburned candles. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@ikigaicandle.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@ikigaicandle.co with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and for shipping the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Disclaimer
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: Ikigai Candle Co. is not liable for items that are lost in the mail, damaged, or stolen after they have been shipped. We ship our products via USPS Priority which include insurance in the amount of up to $200.00 per parcel. In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged or contents are missing, we will work with you to file a claim for recovery.
